This interactive training module explores how Learning & Development professionals can use data to evaluate training effectiveness. Through real-world examples and practical reflections, learners examine the three key types of training data—quantitative, qualitative, and behavioral—and learn how to interpret that data to improve outcomes. Designed for both new and experienced L&D practitioners, this module helps shift the focus from checking boxes to uncovering impact.

This interactive module explores how effective feedback bridges the gap between training and performance.
